Saturday deliveries are only available for Lismore and Goonellabah areas and must be received prior to 1pm. There are no couriers available to other areas on weekends, however some urgent deliveries can be negotiated with staff members at a minimum delivery fee of $20. We do not deliver on Sundays except for special occasions like Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day.

All residential deliveries are guaranteed to be delivered by 7pm and Business deliveries by to 5pm. When placing your order please use the special instructions box to specify if you require morning or afternoon delivery or delivery before a specific time. Deliveries requested for a particular time cannot be guaranteed.

All funeral deliveries are required to have the time of service. If this is not known please provide the name of the Funeral Director so they can be contacted and delivery time arranged.

The Enchanted Florist uses experienced, reliable courier services to ensure your flowers arrive safely and on time. In the event the recipient is not home at the time of delivery the couriers will use their judgement to leave them in a safe place at the premises. If you do not wish this to occur please specify in special instructions and provide a phone number so we can arrange a suitable delivery time.

If the wrong address has been given or the recipient has been discharged from hospital or any other event out of our control results in a non-delivery you will be contacted to discuss further delivery instructions. A redelivery fee will apply in most cases.
